1. Asset tokenization

“Spring” is the process of structuring & digitizing a specified real estate property through Blocksquare’s tokenization protocol.

Price includes:

  • token contract generation

  • token contract information editing

  • corporate resolution signing

  • legal binding of tokens

  • implementation of a token offering

  • listing on your marketplace

2. Post-offering management

“Tide” is the process of unlocking certain functionalities of the marketplace that are used after a primary offering is executed.

Functionalities include:

  • Distribute revenues to token holders

  • Spaces to append documents to listings (reports, analysis etc.)

  • On-chain valuation updates

  • Secondary market (trading between your user base)
