Can you accommodate customizations and integrations with our existing systems?

In general, we are able to offer both customization and integration services.

When it comes to custom features requests, we internally evaluate total costs for each specific request based on the agreed pricing and prepare an offer for the partner.

Blocksquare has sole discretion to adopt a decision, whether such request qualifies as a new custom functionality charged to the partner or if it qualifies as a regular upgrade of Blocksquare’s infrastructure.

When it comes to regular upgrades, no aditional implementation costs shall be charged to the client.

What kind of training and support do you offer for your platform?

We offer a variety of training and support resources to help clients get the most out of our platform.

For example, we regularly produce and update online tutorials, guides, and documentation to help Certified Partners learn how to operate their tokenized marketplace, tokenize new properties and mange both primary and secondary markets.

In addition to self-service training resources, we also offer support through various channels, such as email, phone, or Discord private channel chat, to help our clients with any questions or issues they may have.

For enterprise clients we also offer a more comprehensive support service with dedicated account managers and customer success team, providing a more personalized assistance to large clients.
